Dana L. Ratcliffe
The Office of City Treasurer is responsible for all accounting functions, debt services, investments, budgeting, purchasing and payroll. The City accounts for governmental funds, which include General Fund, Restricted Sales Tax Fund, Debt Service Funds, and Special Revenue Funds. The City also accounts for Enterprise Funds, such as the Public Works Authority, Airport, Hotel/Motel Operating Fund and Stafford Air and Space Museum Fund.
Mrs. Dana L. Ratcliffe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She received her Certified Public Finance Administrator (CPFA) in 2008, and completed the Certified Public Funds Investment Manager (CPFIM) in 2010, through the Association of Public Treasures United States and Canada. She has over 20 years of experience in municipal government finance.
In addition to various State treasurers’ organizations, Dana is a member of First United Methodist Church of Weatherford, Weatherford Kiwanis Club, and is a graduate of Leadership Weatherford class XI. She is also a graduate of Gunsite Training Academy in Paulden, Arizona. Dana and her husband James Ratcliffe reside in Weatherford.
